I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Shaw and her clinic. I had previously ordered peptides through this clinic and was charged a $75 fee. On a later order, I was charged $150 without any prior notice, explanation, or authorization for the increase. When I questioned the charge and asked why the fee had doubled, my peptide order was canceled. Despite the order being canceled, only part of my money was refunded and the clinic retained $75. I was super sick and couldn’t make it to the clinic. Vomiting, dizzy, body aches, fever… the works. Dr Shah sent over the IV home service and I was able to get my IV while laying on the couch, fighting off this monster flu. I am so grateful for the service, it made me feel so much better and stopped the persistent nausea I had. She also called to check in on me later and made sure I was okay. Truly a class act and very compassionate doctor. She’s the real deal. Thank you dr. Shah!
