This Surgery is absolutally wonderful! From the very first call i made, i could tell by how lovely, friendly and helpful the receptionist was and that alone put me at ease. My Dentist is Smita Bansal, and i honestly couldnt wish for a better Dentist to treat me. She and her wonderful team have been treating me for a few years now, and any fear i had was gone the moment we met. Visited Aesthetic Dental Practice (Stafford Road) on 27th May 2025 with my 89-year-old father. He was made to sit in a cramped downstairs room that was full of clinical waste bags left since Friday. The room had no ventilation, and a filthy toilet next door added to the unbearable stench. The dental area was unprepared, no water was offered after the check-up, and unclear x-rays were not repeated. Staff admitted the room wasn’t cleaned due to being “too busy” before the Bank Holiday. Good doctors who explained the procedure extremely well. Got myself treated for filling and cleaning by Dr. Yashvi Doshi and her team. Extremely kind and polite dentists and additional plus point is parking availability in the next premises itself.
First off very poor service. Because I was on maternity leave and qualified for free treatments they blankly lied to me saying there’s nothing wrong when there’s clearly a new cavity to which I had sensitivity. They couldn’t tell the difference between composite teeth or whether it was worn enamel. I had to point it to them. They’re very cheap to have to lie to me and avoid doing any work for free which I was qualified for. Lol what kind of dentists work here. The surgery itself needs a major upgrade.
