I purchased a Groupon after bad experiences with Ideal Image and Milan Laser. Sara is phenomenal. For thr amount of time she spent with me she was very effective from a service to procedural level. People like her are the reason brick and mortar establishments are around. She keeps customers coming back. Good job Sara. You’re a star. Never forget you have a gift.
This place has amazing energy among the staff and you feel extremely welcome right through the doors! I look forward to my laser appointments every month. The laser is effective yet painless (amazing I know) and the staff is incredibly polite and professional. Plus I love all the pretty decor. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! 10/10

before the second session, I was communicating with the technician (The technician was a middle aged lady ( 50s maybe) at Grandview location about the results and she called my questions/comments an "illusion ". When I confronted her, she showed the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. Instead of addressing the issue, she denied it, she said the room was loud so I heard by mistake ( hahaaaa) , then yelled, then told me I "don't need to be coming here anymore" ( even though she is just a technician without such author... read more
