I cannot say enough good things about Alivia at Aesthetics by the Bay. She is professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. She always takes the time to explain what she will be doing and ensuring if I have any questions, they’re answered! Update!! I have been seeing Alivia for my treatments for about a year or so now. I used to go to Toronto and I was skeptical to go somewhere new. Aliva has excelled knowledge in anatomy of the face, where to treat, and creates a treatment plan designed just for you and your skin goals. While she not only has knowledge, she is extremely personable, customer service is above and beyond and always educates you before she treats. I can't recommend this place enough!!
