I have nothing but good things to say about this office! They got me in quickly as they had an appointment come open. Although what they were doing was a quick, easy, simple snip that they can probably do in their sleep at this point … Dr. Hill and the nurse (I wish I could remember her name) were amazing at calming my nerves. Unacceptable Service!!! My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 by 2:12 I had not seen the doctor. I arrived at 12:45, as advised to complete paperwork. At 1:41 I was still in the waiting area. I was called back by 1:42. By 2:12 Megan had not seen me. Completely Unacceptable. I walked through the waiting area and there were people Standing due to everyone waiting to be seen. During COVID this practice could lead to an outbreak. No concern for Patient's and a Violation of the CDC. Very Disappointing. WILL NOT Recommend.
I saw Emily and Megan as my providers today for my annual checkup. They were both very professional, polite and engaging. I felt very comfortable with them both :) Thank you ladies!
