Five stars for sure! Did a really nice job. Made herself available on short notice late on a Friday afternoon. That is so kind!! She was Sweet. Her prices were good. Her service was excellent. Her shop was clean. Made me feel very comfortable. And gives out goody bags so you can keep your skin feeling good even after you're gone.
She was very sweet and easy to talk to, but left product in my hair from a facial. I also had a lash lift and tint, at the end of the service, my lashes were not lifted at all, no tint and in fact my lashes were burnt off. She asked if I liked them, and for the lash lift to work I have to come back 2 weeks later and get another one. I am not one to be confrontational so I paid my full amount and tipped $10 and was sent on my way. I wish she would have owned up to the mistake and gave me a refund or a discount or something!
