Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, this is a fraud organization. I booked an appointment for my girl and rescheduled and Alexus reached out to me on snapchat to rescheduled on my rescheduled appointmen on a time that wasn't the most conducive, when I reached out if I could do it another time that same day she said I cannot and my cancellation fee (I wasn't canceling) is going to cost me the whole $100+ I paid when her policy on her website doesn't say that. Ive had Brazilians here and at another location. The difference between the two; uncomfortable and brutal. I guess i caught her on an off day - I will not be going back - this was beyond brutal.
Alexis was amazing! I booked online for a Brazilian wax, underarm wax, vajacial and mini facial. This was my first Brazilian wax and vajacial, it was a good first experience. She made sure to answer any questions or concerns beforehand, her instructions were clear and she explained everything well as she was going through the process. This was my first facial and she did so good! She addressed all my concerns and didn’t try to upsell me any services or tell me a bunch of expensive skin care I needed. I was so impressed and my skin looks and feels amazing! I will definitely be back. I would recommend her over and over and to everyone I know!
