She canceled our appointment on the day of... no explanation, no communication.. I only received an automated notification. Very inconsiderate.

Went here for the first time for dermaplaning and microdermabrasion facial . Alexis did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the results . I will make this my new place for facials and waxing services. So glad I don’t have to drive to Knoxville anymore .
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, this is a fraud organization. I booked an appointment for my girl and rescheduled and Alexus reached out to me on snapchat to rescheduled on my rescheduled appointmen on a time that wasn't the most conducive, when I reached out if I could do it another time that same day she said I cannot and my cancellation fee (I wasn't canceling) is going to cost me the whole $100+ I paid when her policy on her website doesn't say that.
