We went from the Legacy to the Ultra. Our Ultra gave us problems (as new tech often does just ask Hydrafacial) and they did everything possible to remedy it in a timely manner. In the end they replaced it with no issues. Nothing beats Ultra tech and that's coming from a 36 year MediSpa owner. Excellent customer service on every level.
