Of course this place is 5 stars! The atmosphere is sooo pleasing, welcoming, smells sooo good! Nice soothing music! Thank you for also giving exceptional service (Angela Sims), I can’t wait to come back! :)

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience: 1) name of the spa & name on the building are different, it’s confusing to know where to go in the shopping center, 2) no pre-facial or massage questions (medical problems, meds, problem areas, etc.), 3) 30 min. massage was much less than 30 min., 4) music system not working so only loud sound of ticking clock - not relaxing, 5) aesthetician who was working alone didn’t know how to work the payment system - eventually figured it out; 6) I thought the facial was good but I see... read more
