I visited this office Sept 2025 with the intention of receiving Biote hormone therapy. The first visit was perfect. The pellets were administered and I felt positive changes within 2 weeks. My f/u appointment was scheduled for one month from the initial visit which included f/u labs. The labs were done as instructed. Moving forward, I received a call from MedSpa regarding my Nov appointment which was cancelled because of the timing between when the labs were drawn and my would-be pellet booster.
