Wonderful service from these gentlemen today. They were so quick and efficient, very polite, and checked to make sure I was happy with their work before moving on to the next tree. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves as well. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.
Yaniv turned our hedge-pocalypse into a manicured masterpiece, including a particularly rebellious laurel. He arrived on time and completed work as estimated and on budget. I have used these guys twice now to cut the trees in our backyard, they did a solid job both times. Highly responsive, great customer service and did an awesome job
☆☆☆☆ 1 star I found Aesthetic Tree & Hedge Services Vancouver on Google because of their good reviews, so I decided to reach out. I sent them a message with pictures, which they clearly read and saw — and then nothing. No reply, no follow-up, no professional courtesy. It’s been 2 days, and not even a simple response. If this is how they handle new customers, I can’t imagine trusting them with actual work. Not recommended.
