Dr Raigrodski isn’t just a dentist, he’s an artistic sculptor. I know what teeth he worked on and still can’t see anything.
I was so nervous for a surgery procedure but Dr. Raigrowski, Dr. Bal and all of the staff were amazingly understanding and supportive. No human likes going through tough medical procedures, but if you need dental care, thus is the place to be. My procedure was over before I knew it and I felt cared for with kindness and gentleness.
Cant say any work ive had done here is "good". Went to have something "fixed" that they messed up, and got charged for it.. and now a few months later same problem exists again same place.
When I changed insurance, they failed to inform me they are out-of-network. Now I need to pay $130+ for cleaning. They refused to waive the cost or give any discount. The same thing happened both to me and my husband. I've been using their service for 3 years.
