I arrived for my scheduled appointment on time at 12 noon. I sat in a room for 1 hour and the doctor never came in. Nobody came in to inform me that the Doctor is running late, or maybe I need to reschedule my appointment. I paid $12000 to this practice for a procedure 5 years ago. One would expect better customer service as a returning client. I left without seeing the doctor and nobody has called to even apologize. As a health care professional myself I am appalled.
