Well, I have waited awhile for my surgery, which was supposed to take place in January, then it was postponed from January till May, Now I just received a phone call saying the Dr is no longer excepting HMO as of the 1st of the year. So now, after all the approvals and changes the surgery has been cancelled and I will have to start another year long process again! I just don't understand how Dr's get away with treating people this way and not even calling yourself but making your staff call and cancel. I would not recommen... read more
