Technician refused to clean my cuticles even tho I was getting a new set-builder gel, she said it’ll be an extra 10$!! that never happened with anyone, is that a new thing or what? Please tell me if I pay $60 that doesn’t cover cleaning the cuticles which take 2 mins? I need an answer— thanks! Update: I had builder gel done before at your salon and technician cleaned cuticles and didn’t charge me anything extra on the top of the $60!! So no-i don’t understand:) Not coming back to this place!!
This was my first time going to this place for a pedicure because it was recommended to me. I’m not usually the type of person to complain or leave reviews, but this time I will because I was disappointed with my experience. First of all, no one there was friendly — everyone seemed to be in a bad mood, especially the lady who did my pedicure.
