HORRIBLE customer service & very unprofessional staff. If you were contemplating trying these folks out I promise you, take my advice and look elsewhere! I was scheduled 3 separate appointments, 2 in which I had to drive 2 hours each way for and as of today I've never been serviced. Once I arrived at 2 of the appointments I was told "sorry, our scheduler (Rachel) forgot to put you on the schedule"....like huh??? I can’t say enough good things about them! I love all the people that work in the office. They are super patient and quick to answer. Trainings are great and I feel like they always have my back and trying to uphold the most highest standards
I had an appointment for 7/21 at 4pm. I showed up 20 min early. When i got there, there were no cars in the parking lot except for me. I went to the door and pulled but it was locked. I looked inside and all of the lights were turn off. I called the number for amp many times, no answer. I emailed them when i got them and emailed many times to let them know i couldn’t get in. I have been working with this company for over a year now. It has been amazing getting to add advanced services to my clients only because of AMP. The training was thorough and their ongoing support is what sets them aside from other companies!
