Lily is honestly the loveliest and friendliest nurse. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and really informative about my skin texture and the concerns I had. I was referred here after a skin check and had the pleasure of meeting Lily. The service I received was fantastic. I was nervous as the removals were on my face and was worried about scarring but I have to say the healing process was brilliant and after about four weeks you can't even see where they were!
