Terrible service — they don’t stand behind their work I paid almost $60 for what should have been a simple acrylic fill with gel French tips. Instead, I got a total disaster. I wasted over 2 hours of my time. The technician had no experience — and the owner admitted it — yet still let her work on me. When I asked for a refund (it hadn’t even been a week), they refused and hid behind “store policies” that only protect them. They take zero accountability for hiring unqualified staff.
