If I could give 10 stars, I would! I came in about a month ago for PRP under my eyes to treat my under-eye bags, and I absolutely love the results. Mrs. Idy was such a pleasure to have as my nurse practitioner she was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in detail. The entire team was so kind and welcoming as well. I’ll definitely be coming back for more self-care and beauty enhancements. Thank you so much!
When I did a walk-in for a consultation, the energy was extremely off. I was asking what I felt like was reasonable questions considering my concerns and Idy kept squinting at me, and made me more self-conscious of my hirsutism. She was very rude and didn’t seem like she knew what she was talking about as well as being low-key passive aggressive like I didn't belong in the environment. In such a place of what should be expression and compassion it felt very pick me and elitist
