Really poor customer service. I scheduled a new patient appointment, and they rescheduled it on me, which was fine. But when I went for my scheduled appointment I was there on time, and waited for 45 minutes without being seen. I eventually left.
I have been going to Kathy for years. She has an incredible eye for detail, delivering flawless Botox and lip filler that look perfectly natural yet transformative. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. Her technique is gentle, her bedside manner is professional, and the results speak for themselves. I drive an hour an a half just to see her. That in itself should speak volumes.
