I made an appointment to this dermatological office WEEKS AGO. Called ahead of time (today) for the security code to fill out the online registration form, for both my daughter and myself. Spoke with an office assistant, who verified our names so that I could receive the patient specific codes. Would you believe that an hour later when I arrived to the location, this office closed and locked down for the weekend?!!!! I called the phone number because there’s no way this could be true. Awful customer service! I have been trying to dispute a bill for months, and they will NOT call me back! Their solution. Send it to collections!! I am just sick about this.
I will NOT be going back to Dr. Daley at Aesthetic Dermatology. She charges almost DOUBLE what other local Dermatologists charge and I am not at all happy with the results. She did 2 biopsies on my stomach and arm which left HOLES the size of a 1/2 pea at each site. My young son keeps asking me why I have holes in my body because they are quite obvious. On my husband she did a 20 second procedure and again charged DOUBLE what we found other dermatologists would have charged. She was unwilling to work with us on these exorbit... read more
