Very friendly, courteous, and professional.
I haven't been to this office but I spoke to one of the receptionists, Tony, a few times today. I was having a bad morning trying (and failing) to schedule multiple doctors' appointments, and Tony was such a huge help. Truly a ray of sunshine on my rainy Wednesday morning.
