The office is bright, light, modern and the staff are welcoming and very professional. Cariolina did a great job with my cleaning.
It is refreshing to find the genuine care and efforts to meet your needs, that you find at the Aesthetic Dentistry of Plantation. The office personnel is friendly and accommodating. Today Dr. Lama and his assistant aimed to complete my dental work to perfection. I can't praise them enough.
I had an horrible experience a few months ago and went through a lot of pain after a procedure. This office is closed on Fridays, or if it’s open, the doctor is not available. It’s also closed on Saturdays. There’s no one to speak with—when you call, the voicemail doesn’t work, and there’s no way to reach any DR for help. One of the receptionists—not the younger lady—is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and has a terrible attitude. The facility is still welcoming and clean. The staff members remain very friendly and professional. I met the new Doctor today and he is just as upbeat and enthusiastic as the previous Doctor. I will continue to go to this office.
