If I could give zero stars for this place I would. This is the second dentist office from this organization that has the worst service. First Alpha Dental in Franklin now Aesthetic dental in Bellingham. Both have burned me with schedule’s and scheduling as well as very, repeat ,very unprofessional front office. Example, I had an appointment today that actually had a calendar invite from the dental office for 8 am , I arrived at the office on time and was informed the actual time was 2 pm When I showed here the only calendar ... read more

I’ve been a patient here for a little over a year and have not been happy. At my first appointment there was a mishap during my cleaning that resulted in a burn in my mouth, and they gave me the wrong information regarding what would be covered by my insurance. Since then both my husband and I have had our cleaning appointments canceled, often with very little notice. Most recently my cleaning in August was canceled the day of the appointment and re-scheduled for late November. They must be chronically short staffed. I have ... read more
