我對這間牙醫診所的接待員（香港Connie ）的惡劣態度造成非常久的看牙壓力與陰影，我的家人與朋友鼓勵我勇敢站出來寫這篇評價幫助其他被接待員用惡劣態度對待的客戶，我與家人4年前在這裡看了3年的牙齒，洪醫師人非常好，所以一直捨不得離開這家店去找其他店，這位接待員態度惡劣，常常不接電話，直到有一次打了好幾通她都不接，我只好請我的老公打，沒想到換個電話打，她就馬上接，我對天發誓我們一家四口每次去看牙都是非常有禮貌，我真的不知道哪裡得罪了她，所以兩年前改去別的店看牙齒，直到我的朋友也去那裡看，突然跟我提起她曾經遇到態度很差的接待員Connie時，我才知道被用惡劣態度對待的一切不是我的錯，而是這位接待員本身就很粗魯，希望她的老闆能夠重視這件事情，因為帶著全家離開洪醫師這麼好的牙醫讓我們全家感到可惜她不只對待客戶，就連以前跟她一起在surrey 工作過的年輕醫生都無法受得了她的惡劣態度，她總是用這種非常粗魯的態度來對待她不喜歡的客戶與同事嗎？如果是！麻煩老闆重視這件事，這種工作態度會讓我與我的家人、我的朋友⋯任何一個人感到去那裡看牙醫是一件很有壓力的事情，我為何過那麼久才來寫評價是因爲我目前接觸到新牙醫診所的接待員是多麼有禮貌又可愛，所以讓我回想起以前在洪... read more
I've been going to Dr Horng since I arrived in Canada, his wonderful, very professional, and an excellent dentist , I wouldnt let anyone else touch my teeth .....The staff also make you feel very welcome and comfortable 🙂
Wait time extremely long even when i make appointments. The doctors are nice and great but I always end up waiting up to 50 minutes before anyone sees me.
