I've been going to Dr Horng since I arrived in Canada, his wonderful, very professional, caring , and an excellent dentist and the staff are good .. However Connie is mean. She always makes fun of me when I come in..It's very unprofessional after driving from so far away....
I was overcharged at this clinic. After cleaning, the dental hygienist told me that the dentist will be shortly with me. I waited for a few minutes and then the dental hygienist told me that it is not necessary for me to see the dentist because my x-ray from last year (another clinic) looked “okay.” Then I when I went to the receptionist desk they told me an extremely high charge of $80 for cleaning (despite my insurance that should cover up to up to 100% for cleaning). I've been going to Dr Horng since I arrived in Canada, his wonderful, very professional, and an excellent dentist , I wouldnt let anyone else touch my teeth .....The staff also make you feel very welcome and comfortable 🙂Connie is lovely and always vety helpful....
