I had a teledentist appointment with Dr. Strauss. He was kind, listened carefully, and asked pertinent questions. He even called me back to ask follow-up questions and suggested a dentist in my area who could treat the condition. Very impressed!
Dr Strauss is not only a fabulous dentist but he is a real 'mensch.' You can contact him anytime, get answers to your concerns on the phone, get whatever help you need with your dental problems. And when it comes to his dental treatments, he is quick and painless and knows how to solve every problem. And most important when he thinks the job requires skills that he thinks needs to be outsourced, his recommendations are always to equally skilled an caring specialists.
I was a patient for a few years without any problems. I went in one day with an infection under a capped tooth. I needed the tooth pulled and he tried to numb me up but it wasn’t working due to the infection.
