Roxanne was awesome and patient with tattoo removal on face. I was able to be booked very quickly! Day of my appt, She took the time to make sure we removed the exact areas I wanted and reassured me to let her know exactly what I want. She didn't make me feel like I was doing too much by being specific. Office space is bright, clean, and luxurious! Very fair pricing also! Highly recommend!

This was my first time coming here on 8/18 and it won’t be my last! Roxanne is the best! She’s super professional, genuinely nice, explains the process for services and aftercare well and thoroughly, and did great work on both my eyelashes and my nose piercing. I’m not great at having things near my eyes and she has such a light hand, the extensions process felt like nothing! Prices are outrageous, service is poor and owner is rude. Charging my daughter $800 dollars for a color correction and keeping her there almost 12 hrs until 2 am is just crazy. Especially while skirting out to court quick in the midst of it. She wasn’t paying you to attend appointments. You ruined her hair and took advantage of her, and clearly you had no clue what you were doing. Buyer beware - go elsewhere!
