It’s been a week since my Botox and Skinvive treatments with Stacey and I couldn’t be more happy with the how I look! I waited almost a year before updating this review. Due to a machine malfunction and what I believe was negligence, I experienced severe complications — including a burn that caused permanent discoloration of my skin. When I raised the issue, I was offered additional painful procedures with no guarantee of resolving it. As a result, I am now left with a permanent scar from the burn caused by their malfunctioning equipment.
