Super helpful front desk lady. Dr. took time during appointment and ensured good fit of orthotic. Worked with my insurance.

I would give Kathy at the front desk 5 stars. I never saw the podiatrist as I waited a full 35 minutes for her to show up. She was not delayed due to surgery or emergency; I confirmed that with staff. I asked for my co-pay to be refunded. I left and as I sat in my car, I saw the provider pull up in her car. She got out, on her cell phone, unhurried, looking through bags in her car, again in no rush to get to a brand new patient. First impressions are lasting. This would not be the doctor for me.
Lisa is great!!! I had planrer something or other? Lol! But i was in major pain everyday! Every step i took! And I work on my feet! Lisa took care of it and im in 0 pain now! I can't exspress the joy I feel! Thank you so much Lisa!!
