What a total waste of time and money!!I had nanoplasty and style cut done on11/07/2025.I was very disappointed in the outcome. My hair was still wavy and frizzy,large parts not having been straightened when Bill did the ghd. I had a feeling this would be the outcome when I observed him doing the ghd. The nanoplasty voucher is a very planned scam. Bill does not apply enough product to the hair and as a result, my hair has not had any change. I’ve had Nanoplasty done many times and when I queried him about the lack of product on my hair I was told that he was an expert and he was very rude. Added edit: just adding a photo of the redeemed voucher below to show what absolute nonsense the reply to this response was. Claiming to offer ‘get the feeling refunds’ when it’s a complete lie.
Bill and Sharon are extremely experienced and so lovely. Bill did a hair nanoplasty and cut on me. I am so so happy with the results. Alongside his skill he was extremely nice and down to earth. Sometimes I struggle getting my hair done but bill made it a genuinely fun, enjoyable experience. Thank you guys!!!

**DO NOT BUY VOUCHER FOR KERATIN OR NANOPLASTY**. This is hands down the biggest scam I have ever seen. I purchased a voucher for keratin treatment ($99), only to pay $160 more for a nanoplasty (allegedly to make hair straighter). The next day, my hair is frizzy, curly, rough & burnt; the exact OPPOSITE to what this treatment is supposed to do.
