I simply have no words for how wonderfully i was treated and the exceptional way the owner did my hair. He went above and beyond and I will always remember how kind and attentive he was to make sure I left with my hair looking great. All salon owners could learn a thing or two from this fantastic stylist and colorist. 100% will be back.
If I had the choice I wouldn’t even give it 1 star I paid for what was supposed to be a Nanoplasty treatment. Bill showed me what product he was using on the hair as the Nanoplasty treatment. I researched into it to find out the treatment that he uses is not even a Nanoplasty treatment!!!!!! I will be applying for a refund: but I should’ve read the reviews before I bought the Groupon and I would’ve known better!
I paid for nanoplastry service and the service was delivered to an extremely poor quality Service I booked the deal on Groupon and then Bill tried to charge me $80 extra even though his advertisement said it would be $40 at most for the length of my hair and it being fine. Bill agreed to lower this to $50 extra which is closer to the amount is should have been extra. I had a great nanoplasty experience here. The service was professional from start to finish, and the staff were so friendly and attentive, which made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend!
