Hezekiah at Aesop was incredibly warm and welcoming during our visit. He made the purchase process for our room spray quick and seamless while still taking the time to be personable and engaging. The samples he sent us off with were such a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!

This calming store sells wellness products, like hand cream, incense, fragrance, candles, etc. The employees there are very nice and helpful. In other words, they sell happiness for your nose :P

I went on 10/12 while i was in the city for the weekend and had the pleasure to be helped by Shelby. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She helped my boyfriend realize he's not into natural scents and gave recommendations for other scents to try. She listened to my needs and made it more than just shopping, she made it an experience. I also chatted with her about it being my 30th birthday and she really made the experience all the more special! Thank you Shelby! Give her a raise she more than deserves it!!
