It was a pleasure shopping here. One of the staff members, Free, helped me find the perfect gift for my friend. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
Met Anna today even though it was a small purchase she made me feel so comfortable and at ease at the store. The location is awesome heard that they waited seven years to get this location! Got the lip treatment and loved it. It was helpful to use before my dental treatment thank you Anna for your warm welcome to this sanctuary store. Will definitely be coming back at some point!

The customer service was perfect, this place is an absolute gem. Friendly intelligent staff knew everything about everything. Very impressed.
This is such a beautiful store. It's a bright, immaculate space with fun details (the Fragrance stand is a nice touch). Blake and Lena were so welcoming and knowledgable. I was gifted some samples to try on my travels and great recommendations of things to do and see in Vancouver. So glad I popped in to try!
