8 phone calls and 3 trips - for a refund It was so bad that the guy said please come in again to issue a refund and we will have little gift for you. Of course once I went in NOTHING. at least I finally got my refund, after almost a month.
Such a pleasant and peaceful experience shopping at this location, special shout out to Brendon and Juana for helping me!
Super cute store. The male employee with the glasses was very sweet and helped me track down the exact soap I was looking for just by describing the scent! I had forgotten the name. Thank you all, will definitely visit again.
Love the store, the products etc. but the staff is really in need of some customer service training.
