Walked in and got ignored while staff went straight to other customers. Pretty rude honestly.
Rude and judgy staff. Couldn’t even get around the blatant disregard to look at the product. I was standing outside the door trying a sample on the wall when the employee of the store walked up, scoffed at me, wiped the lotion bottle like I contaminated it the strutted away while giving me a side eye like I should even be in this shopping area. They proceeded to walk over to the female employee, whispered something them. At which point they both laughed and sneered at me. Very poor customer service.
I always love going into Aesop but today was extra special! I was helped by the lovely Irene who made my last minute after work stop by an experience for me and the person I was picking up a small gift for - she took her time , gave me space to figure out what I needed and took extra steps to provide me excellent customer service! 10/10
