Friendly staff with great service !
Undoubtedly my favorite Aesop store in Melbourne CBD, largely thanks to Teresa. She’s incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always suggests the perfect products—it feels like she knows exactly what I need before I even realise it! The other staff are just as friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance of the store itself is beautifully curated, simple yet elegant just like every other Aesop store. My husband and I always end up buying more than we planned whenever we come here!
I wish I could open up my own cafe, restaurant , salon or store then hire Tess as my hostess!! She’s absolutely the most helpful staff ever. She has great energy and knows all the products and remembers you from years ago and makes great suggestions. Been going to Aesop Flinders Lane for years and she’s always assisted me in all my product needs and she’s very charming !
