Louisa at AES conducts WONDERFUL walks around the lagoons on Bay Farm Island! The walking club is lovely way to get in your steps, make fantastic new friends and take in the beauty of the island! You can sign up through ARPD online! Join Louisa, she’s a delight! Walks resume in April.
UPDATE: AES Therapy & Fitness continues to provide our mother with personal training, up to 3 times a week. Louisa Bannon is the main contact and provides STELLAR service to her clients. Louisa went above and beyond what would have been expected in helping us. It was amazing to have a kind and knowledgeable person on our side when dealing with complex and incomprehensible systems. Her warmth and welcoming spirit also make arriving at physical therapy a pleasure. Greg has a talent for working with older people who are new to exercise.
