This property management company does not take care of issues in a timely manner. Their customer service is rude and disrespectful. They've neglected to pay the property electric bill multiple times since October, resulting in 3 shut off notices placed on the apartment building main door. I feel like I’ve been robbed by Popeyes in South Euclid. After waiting several minutes for two employees to finish their conversation, I was apologized to, only to have to wait for three additional employees to clock out. I placed my order and paid, only to be told that it would be another 5-6 minutes, I then just asked for a refund. Several employees then proceeded to the front of the story to ensure me that I wouldn’t be getting a refund and that I might as well wait for my food and proceeded to get very mouthy with me. Multiple locations literally steal money from customers. If you order on the app, when you arrive, they say they are “cash only”. If you tell them you had a mobile order, they say they are out of chicken. They claim they will cancel your order and you will get a refund in two days, they do not. The app support will not refund your money. If you escalate they say they will contact you in 48 hours, but they do not.
