Buyer beware: We called AES Hearth to repair our log set installed in our fireplace many years ago by AES Hearth. Instead of trying to repair the unit and get it to work properly, which we found out later simply require cleaning the air filters of the unit, they charged us $350 for an unnecessary “chimney inspection” and tried to get us to sell us on the installation of a 2k, 10k and 20k vented option instead of simply cleaning the log set that we already had at our house. Very disappointed. Went to AES Hearth to purchase a gas stove for an out of state property and was told I couldn't purchase from them due to the fact the couldn't install & service. Sad for a local family owned company to lose on a gas stove & possible swim spa purchase.

Ian and Carlton were great. They were friendly and completed my service efficiently, cleanly, but expertly. They told me everything they were doing and gave me opportunity to ask questions.
