Had a display issue with a King KX-155 and sent to them to learn the issue. It did take three days to learn after being told 1, but that's probably quicker than elsewhere. Was advised to replace (good advice) and sales told me three times after three separate contacts that they would get right back to me with some suggestions. That was nearly three months ago. EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff and very customer service oriented. I am a new pilot with a new plane purchased with an avionics suite that was having some minor issues. Gordon went above and beyond to help me fully understand the techs capability as well as fixing and adding on some nice features I didn't know were missing. Great work!
Highly recommend Aerotronics Inc. Full service shop with very knowledgeable/helpful staff. Their dedicated 'Experimental' division provided customer service that went above and beyond. I will definitely keep them in mind if/when it's time for a panel refit!
