I’m a broker/dealer and have used them for every deal since I started years ago. Top notch service and fair pricing every time.
CRIMINALS!!!! Held back funds to pay off tax liens and kept the money. Did not advise me and after 6 months and the ever increasing liens discovered the funds. Insufficient to pay the ballooned tax debt. They held the money as hostage unless I signed a statement relieving them of there responsibility. Of course I didn't sign and am taking them to court. Stay far away from this corrupt tittle company plenty of honest ones.
Had a positive experience with Aero Title to start with, however it turned out we could not proceed with the purchase. Despite being promised a return of our escrow deposit, I have had limited to no communication with Adele and Ivy regarding such deposit and I am still trying to get in touch with them for a response. I have heard great things about the company and I'm a little disappointed that as an escrow service it's difficult to get your funds returned from them.
