Just had a new dual fuel heat pump and furnace installed by Aerotherm. Overall a great experience. From the first visit to do the estimate, to the actual install, and some follow up after the system was up and running the crews showed up on time exactly when they said. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Rachael in the office was always quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had. Their estimate was bang on.
