We purchased a home on Quadra Island where Aerotherm had recently installed a new central heat-pump furnace system through the ECAP program. Within two months, a large pool of water developed in the crawl space directly beneath the indoor unit. I contacted Aerotherm and was initially told that the labour warranty was not transferable under the ECAP program and that I would be responsible for a labour charge.
