Just had a new dual fuel heat pump and furnace installed by Aerotherm. Overall a great experience. From the first visit to do the estimate, to the actual install, and some follow up after the system was up and running the crews showed up on time exactly when they said. I recently had a heat pump and on-demand water heater installed by the Aerotherm crew. I was impressed by their professionalism. They were communicative, punctual and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Last week Aerotherm installed a new heatpump and three internal wall mount units in our home. From the estimation visit with Tyler, email exchanges with Rachael, and the installation with Adam and Ian, all Aerotherm staff were professional, on-time, hard working and did a great job. We live on a remote, rural island off the coast of British Columbia. Aerotherm is used to working in remote locations that require considerable travel for estimates and installation. These guys were great. They came before to do a walk thru and gave ma an estimate. They completed all their work in one day ,including electrical , and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.
