I’m very happy with my mini split heat pump. After a few other quotes, Tyler was the first to really explain the different options I had and he never tried to upsell me with more than what I needed. Trades are busy these days and often no one calls back or no one shows up when they say they will. Aerotherm was very professional and very quick with setting up an install date. Highly recommend!
Office manager is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Appointments are timely and the repair/maintenance technician shows up on time and does a thorough job.
What an amazing group! They went above and beyond and very professional! I would highly recommend going with this company and refer them to anyone who wants a great experience with professionals !
