From start to finish, Aerotek has provided us with top notch professional service as we have navigated the mold issue at a house we just purchased. Brandon Schmidt, who did our initial pre-sale inspection, was clear and informative; he even took a look at photos of our crawl space after the contractor hired by our sellers "cleaned" the mold. Had some mold remediation done at a new home I purchased, every thing when smooth at first but one of the rooms they treated still had more mold . I reached out to see if there was anything that can be done , but my phone calls and texts are being ignored every day . Once they receive your payment your on your own ! I will be taking legal action very soon .
DO NOT USE - I had a second company come and check my 9x9 tile, because it was that size, and I'm so glad I did! Aerotek said it wasn't asbestos BUT IT WAS, don't trust the report, I don't know what to do now. Protect your family and go elsewhere! Mold testing and "remediation" is also a conflict they have, and I'm pretty sure I can't trust their work at all. The tech had the nerve to call me and tell me he "tested what I told him." It's wayyyy over their heads.
