We interviewed five companies for water damage remediation and mold remediation. ONLY Aerotek, Ray Nabi, was knowledgeable, diligent and meticulous enough to recognize a) there IS a crawl space in the house b) it needed to be remediated along with the basement. Shockingly, no other contractor noticed this essential area of the house. Felix Castro, the head of the team on the ground, is extremely knowledgeable and as diligent as Ray. I had a great experience with Ray and his entire team from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Aerotek is the best mold remediation company you could possibly find. Leaded by Ray the staff were responsive, respectful, and hard workers. I was blown away when I saw my kitchen and basement after remediation - absolutely beyond your expectations. Highly recommended! 06/24/26

We had mold issue & The owner Mr. Ray & his wife came out on their off day to aid us. Did a tremendous job !!!
