Only way you will get a job with aeratek is if your Latino or that is who it seems like they actually put effort into helping anyone else they send off and keep promising job that never seem to appear but my Latino friend applied and got 7 real job offers moral of the story be Latino
Have been working for Aerotek for 5 1/2 months and work overtime every week. There has always been an issue with my checks, I am always having to call for a correction not to mention that they are a 6 month contract.
I highly recommend. Madison is amazing. She walked me through the entire process and was very detailed. It took about a month to find employment, and she continues to check up on me. Very professional.
