I hired Aerosteam to clean tile at a house. It was a unique one. The kichen had wall to wall tile as well as the ceiling. They said they could do it after actually going to look at it first. Last minute now they say they can't do it. The house I'm doing is under contract. Now I have to find someone else at last minute to do it. Which is going to cost me a few hundred dollars now that I'm past the completion date. I will never use them again. Michelle was always I'll call you back. Then Michelle says she can't even get ahold of owner. Then 3 days later they can't do the job. If you're thinking about using Aerosteam I would try someone else first.

I have had Aerosteam do my carpets for several years now. They just came and did the grout cleaning on all the tile throughout my house. The difference is just amazing. Mike and his team are most professional and did such an outstanding job. They truly care about the job they do for you. I would highly recommend these folks for carpet and tile cleaning.
