Absolutely wonderful experience. Moe explained everything to me and did a great job start to finish on installing my new heat pump based air conditioner/heater system. He answered all of my questions and he and his team really cared about all aspects of the project. I love that he is an HVAC and ELECTRICAL contractor as these complex installations involve both. Aerosphere Electric is now my go to company for HVAC and Electrical!
It was a very very hot day and Moe came to rescue us from the very high heat! He troubleshot our Lennox AC system and did several tests to confirm that it was the blower motor that failed to function. He made several phone calls trying to locate the replacement part with the best price. He found the replacement part from Lennox, the original brand. I was lucky that it was still under warranty. I had a great experience with this company! The guy who came out to help me had my AC up and running very quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even showed me the damage that needed to be repaired, which I really appreciated because I felt informed about what was going on. Aerosphere Electric came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got it handled with real professionalism. No upselling, no stress, just solid work and great advice.
