I am really confused by this place. I did about a 30 minute phone interview, followed by an in-person panel interview that lasted more than an hour. Did an hour-long Solidworks assessment, and a 45-minute personality assessment. Got called back for a second hour-long panel interview, and then an hour-long one-on-one interview with the owner.
