This is not a real credit union as far as I can tell. If you call, no one answers or returns your call. I cannot access my account. I was never given my PIN code despite asking multiple times. I have tried to close my account since I do not have the minimum balance to avoid fees, still cannot get a hold of anyone. The only thing I have been successful in doing there was providing an initial deposit.
Things have greatly improved over the past decade. Their app functionality is now on par with most other banks. Decent service. Good value.
I paid my car loan for 11 years and I missed a few months of payment and they took my car away from me. They would rather auction my car for two grand then take my five grand right now. They are horrible people completely unethical. My husband worked for Honeywell for years and this is how they treat us. Class act AERO!!!
