I wanted to get an aeroseal done in my new-build home as there were some major issues with the ductwork. Unfortunately, I made a poor decision and went ahead with another company for low price. Various rooms in our house were either too hot or too cold and as luck would have it we discovered Aeroseal. I called and explained the situation to Joe and he walked me through the process and we booked an appointment for them to come out to get our house back on track. Joe, Curtis & Justin arrived and immediately started setting up. After some initial exploratory work they soon discovered two separate areas where the duct work was completely detached and air was simply spilling into the walls and ceiling. Joe took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with all the information that I needed and was honest enough to, based on his experience with other clients who had the same issue, recommend an alternative solution to my ongoing ac issue instead of selling me something that I didn't need.
