Hired this company to cut a small 8x12 hole in a concrete foundation wall for me. The guy came and did a great job. Only took a little over an hour. However I never received my estimate I asked for prior to this. I was never told the minimum charge was $700. The morning of I got a call and the guy thought he was coming to my place for a completely different job. They cut through our foundation wall and installed an egress window in one day. When they came back the next morning to seal everything up, I noted a couple of things that they were willing to correct right away. We also noted a flaw in the window. They came back that same day with a new window and got it installed. I only wish they had provided some options at the time of sale for different window brand and styles (or inset window instead of nail flange at the exterior). They did a great job! We truly appreciated their hard work and considerate communication. They installed the egress window in 2 days and did great job clearing out the extra dirt and debris.
Great service when I hired them to saw cut out concrete. They vacuumed the slurry and hauled away what they cut out. Communication and scheduling was super! Highly recommend for your concrete cutting and coring needs.
Aerosaw cut two openings for us. One in a block wall another in a cast-in-place wall. The precision of the cuts was impressive. Abel worked efficiently, cleaned up all the debris with care and left us with a clean cut so we could proceed with other work.
