Use literally any other company. Severe price gaugers, slow response time. Do not send them a harness to repair. Their quotes are significantly jacked up from initial quote once received. Then if you try to cancel or request a return, they charge you ridiculous fees. They have had my harness for over a month. Still 13th in their queue. Quoted 2k, I need to pay 1k just to get it back.

I ordered 2 side marker plugins for a chryser 300 at $131 a piece. The total with shipping was around $300. I went on amazon found the same thing for $13. They wound not accept a return even when I said I would pay for the shipping and restocking fee. I would try amazon or some wear else before you buy from them.

So let me start by saying that these guys are super helpful and I genuinely appreciate the assistance in finding the electrical plug that was not available through the dealer. However, it is difficult to understand the amount of price gouging in which they engage. First of all, I am pretty well versed on this stuff, but hadn’t taken the time to research this plug. Either way, my sales rep was super helpful and found it in about 10 minutes. He sent me an invoice for $150 for a single sixteen pen plug. I thought that was high,... read more
